Policy on privacy and use of cookies
Collection and use of data
In accordance with the practice of most websites, we store HTTP requests directed to our server. This causes us to know the public IP addresses from which users browse the content of our site. The content viewed is identified by URLs. We also know:
- time of arrival of the query,
- time to send a response,
- the name of the client station – identification implemented by the HTTP protocol,
- information about errors that occurred during the execution of HTTP transactions,
- URL address of the page previously visited by the user – in case the access to the page of our service was through a link,
- information about the user’s browser.
The above data are not associated with specific people browsing our site. In order to ensure the highest quality of the service, we analyze log files to determine whether the structure of the site does not contain errors, which subpages are viewed most often, etc.
The collected logs are kept for an indefinite period of time as support material for the administration of the site. The information contained in them is not disclosed to anyone except those authorized to administer the server. On their basis statistics may be generated to assist in administration. Aggregate statements in the form of statistics do not contain any data identifying visitors to the site.
Cookie mechanism
The website uses so-called “cookies”, i.e. IT data, in particular text files, recorded by servers on the user’s end device, which the servers can read each time the user connects to that end device.
Cookies are used in particular for:
- creation of statistics that help to understand how you use the website, which allows to improve its structure and content;
- change the appearance or version of the site, allowing you to view a site customized to your individual needs (e.g., in terms of font size, layout, colors);
- storing session data (after logging in, so you do not have to re-enter your login and password on each sub-page of the site. This file expires when the session ends);
- presenting advertisements or running marketing campaigns.
Cookies are also used by services to which our site refers by presenting, for example, multimedia. These may include, in particular, cookies that provide the ability to log in or are used to deliver advertisements corresponding to your tastes.
Changing your cookie settings
Web browsers allow cookies to be stored on your end device by default. You can change your cookie settings at any time. The settings of your web browser can be changed, in particular, in such a way as to block the automatic placement of cookies on your end device, or to inform you each time they are placed on your end device.

Failure to change your cookie settings means that cookies will be placed on your end device, and thus we will store information on your end device and access that information.
Disabling the use of cookies may make it difficult to use some services on the site.

The website contains links to other websites. We cannot be held responsible for the policies of those sites. We suggest that when you go to other sites, you review the privacy policy in effect there. This cookie policy applies only to our website.
GDPR clause
- ML Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, 7 Berylowa Street, 82-300 Gronowo Górne, VAT No.: 5783118860, KRS: 0000582659, REGON: 363046127 declares that it is the Administrator of personal data within the meaning of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016. on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), with regard to the personal data of natural persons who have consented to the processing of their personal data, natural persons who are contractors of ML Sp. z o.o, natural persons representing the ML Sp. z o.o. contractor, and natural persons designated by the contractor as contact persons.
- The legal basis for processing personal data is:
- need to perform a contract, the legal basis is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR,
- marketing of own services, used for this purpose will be means of communication including telephone and e-mail, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR
- To ensure tax accuracy after issuance of an invoice, legal basis Article 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with Article 70 §1 of the Tax Ordinance.
- The administrator will process the following data: name, phone number, e-mail address.
- Persons referred to in paragraph 1 have the right to request access to personal data, their amendment, deletion or portability, as well as the right to restrict the processing of personal data and to object to such processing.

- The Administrator processes the data for the duration of the contract or until the withdrawal of the consent given, raising an effective objection to the processing of the data. The data processing period may be extended if the processing is necessary to establish and assert possible claims of the Administrator or defend against claims, and after that time only if and to the extent required by law.
- Personal data may be disclosed to entities providing ICT services to the Administrator, such as hosting, providing or maintaining IT systems, and to entities authorized to obtain them, if required by law.
- Personal data will not be subject to profiling or automated decision-making. The Administrator does not transfer personal data to third countries and international organizations.
- Data subjects have the right to file a request for access to data, rectification, restriction of processing or lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw.
