CONTEST RULES

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE “Gift for a Receipt” COMPETITION.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The organizer of the contest (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”), is ML Sp. z o.o., based at 7 Berylowa Street, 82-310 Gronowo Górne (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
2. The founder of the prize is the Organizer.
3. The administrator of the personal data provided by the Contest Participants is the Organizer.
4. Providing personal data is arbitrary, but necessary for the Participant to enter the Contest. Persons providing data have the right to access, modify or delete such data.
5. These Regulations set forth the terms and conditions of the Competition.
6. The contest is conducted on the Stella Green website-www.stellagreen.pl and via Facebook https://www.facebook.com/Stella-Green-ekologiczne-produkty-przyszłości316137905431893/
7. Supervision over the correctness and conduct of the Contest, i.e. providing information about the Contest and handling complaints is exercised by the Organizer.

2. PARTICIPANTS IN THE COMPETITION

1. Participants of the Contest may only be natural persons, consumers as defined by Article 221 of the Civil Code, with full legal capacity, who are users and have an active account on Facebook.com; who by participating have accepted these Regulations (hereinafter: “Participant”).
2. The participant declares that:

a) is a natural person with full legal capacity;

b) has familiarized himself with the content of these Regulations and voluntarily enters the Contest;

(c) agrees and accepts the terms and conditions of the Terms and Conditions, including having read and fully accepting the contents regarding the prize collection procedure;

(d) undertakes to comply with the provisions of the Regulations;

(e) consented to the processing of personal data for purposes related to participation in the Contest;

3. AWARD

1. The Contest provides a prize – for 25 people selected in the manner indicated in §6.
2. The prize is a set (3 pcs.) of garden and tool boxes (without equipment).
3. Information about the prize will be included in the content of the Contest announcement published on the website www.stellagreen.pl and on Facebook, on the profile Stella Green – ecological products of the future
4. Winners are not entitled to exchange the Prize for cash or any other type of prize.
5. Winners may surrender the Prize, but in return they are not entitled to a cash equivalent or any other prize.

4. PLACE, TIME AND RULES OF THE COMPETITION

1. The organizer will post official information about the competition along with the rules on its website at www.stellagreen.pl
2. In addition, information about the contest will be posted in the form of a contest announcement (hereinafter: “contest post”) on Facebook on the Organizer’s profile at https://www.facebook.com/Stella-Green-ekologiczne-produkty-przyszłości316137905431893/.
3. The contest runs from 07.04.2023 12.00 pm to 31.05.2023 or until stocks last.

5. RULES OF PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION

The task of the Contest Participant is:

1. Send to marketing@stellagreen.pl a photo or scan of the receipt showing the item confirming the purchase of Stella Green brand garden palisade.
2. inserting under the competition post https://www.facebook.com/Stella-Green-ekologiczne-produkty-przyszłości316137905431893/ a comment in the form of “PURCHASED – PARAGON SHIPPED 😊”

6. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION AND RECEIPT OF PRIZES

1. Access to the Contest is free and requires registration on Facebook.
2. The condition for participation in the Contest is acceptance of the Regulations and correct performance of all tasks described in § 5. Paragraph 1 of the Regulations.
3. The award is determined by the order of submissions (date and time of receipt of email to marketing@stellagreen.pl).
4. The winner of the Contest will be notified of the prize and the conditions for collecting the prize via a private message sent on Facebook within 14 business days after the end of the contest.
5. Public information about the winner will be posted in a comment to the contest post on the Fanpage Stella Green – organic products of the future and on the website www.stellagreen.pl after the contest ends.
6. In order for the awarded Participant to receive the prize, he/she must send a private message to the Organizer’s Fanpage with the following details within 48 hours of the announcement of the Contest results:

(a) name

(b) mailing address

(c) telephone number

(d) e-mail address

7 Failure to send the message referred to in item. 7 or exceeding the permissible response time or sending incorrect data will result in the participant losing the right to the prize.

8 The prize awarded in the Contest will be sent to the participant up to 10 working days after the Organizer receives the information referred to in paragraph 6.

9 The prizes will be sent at the expense of the Organizer as a courier service to the address indicated by the Participant, with the proviso that this obligation includes shipping only within the territory of the Republic of Poland.

7. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ORGANIZER

1. The Organizer is not responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the data of the Contest Participants, including the inability to transfer prizes, for reasons attributable to the Participant, in particular, if the Participant did not provide a true mailing address or the data provided is incomplete or outdated.
2. The Organizer declares that it does not control or monitor the content posted by Participants in terms of reliability and truthfulness, subject to actions related to the removal of violations of the Terms of Use or generally applicable laws.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude from participation in the Contest Participants whose actions are in violation of the law or the Regulations and Facebook rules, in particular, participants who:

a) post content that is inconsistent with applicable law or the Regulations available on Facebook (in particular, content that is offensive, both in text and graphics);

b) take actions using an account/profile created in violation of Facebook rules;

(c) take actions using third-party accounts/profiles that do not comply with Facebook rules;

(d) interfere with the mechanism of the Competition;

(e) create fictitious Facebook accounts/profiles

(4) The organizer is not responsible for any disruption in the operation of data communications links, servers, interfaces, browsers and the Facebook platform.

(5) The organizer is not responsible for the temporary or permanent blocking of the page or application from the Facebook page.

8. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

1. Personal data of the Contest Participants will be processed by the Organizer only for the purpose of performing activities necessary for the proper conduct of the Contest.
2. The personal data of the Contest Participants will be kept by the Organizer only for the period necessary to conduct the Contest and to issue prizes to the awarded Participants.
3. Participants have the right to inspect the processed data and to correct and delete them. Data is provided on a voluntary basis, with registration on Facebook required for participation in the Contest.
4. Upon deletion of data, the User loses the opportunity to participate in the Contest.

9. COMPLAINTS AND REPORTS OF VIOLATIONS

1. The right to file complaints is available to any Participant.
2. The Organizer will consider complaints within 14 days of receipt. If the complaint needs to be supplemented – the Organizer will ask the complainant to supplement the complaint.
3. The complaint should be submitted in writing and sent by registered mail to the Organizer’s address. The Organizer recommends that the complaint application should indicate the identification data of the complainant.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other provisions of law shall apply.
2. Disputes relating to and arising out of the Contest will be resolved by the common court having jurisdiction over the Organizer’s headquarters.
